The application scope of membrane structure is becoming increasingly wide, whether it is in shopping malls, transportation facilities, garden landscapes, etc. Parking sheds are indispensable in both shopping malls and residential areas. In order to ensure everyone's safety, unstable construction during the construction of parking shelters can cause many accidents. Therefore, when making membrane structure carports, the following four points should be noted:
1、 The overall framework of the membrane structure carport adopts square steel welded into a keel frame, and the frame is treated with anti rust treatment, brushed with anti rust primer three times, and sprayed with white car paint on the surface. The main columns of the carport are generally made of 220mm steel pipes or I-beams as support columns for the parking shed. The overall structure of the carport is stable, earthquake resistant, windproof, and corrosion-resistant;
2、 The top sealing plate of the membrane structure carport is covered with brown (color selectable) sun panels, which are riveted and fixed with pressure strips to the overall skeleton of the carport. It is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has sufficient strength to protect the vehicles inside the carport;
3、 The interior of the membrane structure carport is welded with a Φ 38 galvanized round pipe and carport frame to enhance the strength of the roof, making the carport feel spacious and bright, and making it easy and convenient for vehicles to park. It meets the requirements and specifications for the production of parking carports;
4、 The bottom of the column of the membrane structure carport is firmly welded with 10mm thick steel plate and embedded parts. When installing the carport, the embedded parts are poured with concrete and connected with bolts, which has a high wind resistance coefficient and increases the overall stability of the carport. It can resist typhoons of level 12 or above.
