Usage:
1Before cleaning: Place the furnace carrier and disassembled parts in the cleaning box, and then use water-based environmentally friendly cleaning agentJRS-518Pour it into the cleaning box and soak it. The cleaning agent should cover the surface of the component.
2Ultrasonic waves have heating function to set the cleaning temperature at43℃, for cleaning activity, cleaning timeDepending on the degree of pollution caused by rosin oil stains。
3Rinse:Rinse the cleaned furnace carriers and disassembled parts with tap water once to prevent residue.
4Drying method:The drying temperature is set to70℃, drying time is5-10Minutes).
Note: Due to varying degrees of contamination from residues, the cleaning time also varies accordingly! According to the degree of contamination of the cleaning material, the soaking time can be delayed or reduced. Ultrasonic heating has a better cleaning effect, which will accelerate the cleaning speed and effectiveness. (The temperature of the cleaning box with heating function is set at 4 degrees Celsius.)3Around ℃. As the pollution level of the cleaning agent increases, the cleaning ability also decreases.
