(1) Before painting, the surface of the base iron must be treated with Sa2.5 grade. It is strictly prohibited to bring in moisture, dust, and oil stains during construction to ensure the quality of painting.

(2) The coating ratio is: component A (base material), component B (curing agent)=9kg paint: 1kg curing agent (or apply according to the ratio specified by our factory).

(3) The construction ratio method is as follows: open the mouth of component A, add component B into component A, and mix thoroughly. After 30 minutes of curing, the coating can be applied.

(4) This material is required to be used as needed, and the mixed coating must be used up within six hours. Unfinished materials should be sealed and stored.

(5) Construction should be stopped on rainy days or when the relative humidity exceeds 75%. For areas with severe corrosive media, it is recommended to apply multiple coats of paint.

(6) The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, isolated from sources of fire, and kept away from heat sources.

(7) The storage period is twelve months, and after the expiration, various technical indicators should be inspected. If the indicators meet the requirements, it can continue to be used.
