Product Overview

This equipment is a heat exchange device suitable for gas gas, gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, as well as for condensation and liquid evaporation heat transfer. This product has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, strong self-cleaning ability for dirt, good energy-saving effect, small size, low price, and reliable use. Widely used for heat exchange and waste heat recovery in industries such as solvents, chemicals, rosin, dyes, and food.

Structure and performance

1. This device is made up of two rolls, forming two uniform spiral channels. The two heat transfer media can flow in full reverse flow, greatly enhancing the heat transfer effect. Even with two small temperature difference media, suitable heat transfer effect can be achieved.

The liquid flows in the equipment without significant turning, resulting in low overall resistance. Therefore, the design flow rate can be increased to have higher heat transfer capacity.

3. The end face of the spiral channel of Type I non detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is sealed by welding, thus it has high sealing performance.

4. The structural principle of Type II detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of non detachable heat exchanger, but one of the channels can be disassembled for cleaning, which is particularly suitable for heat exchange with viscous and precipitated liquids.

5. The structural principle of the detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is basically the same as that of the non detachable heat exchanger, but two channels can be disassembled for cleaning, which has a wider range of applications.

6. Spiral plate heat exchangers can be classified according to nominal pressure into PNO.6, 1.0, 1.6, and 2.5 MPa (referring to the maximum working pressure that a single channel can withstand). According to the material, it can be divided into carbon steel and stainless steel.

7. When a single device cannot meet the requirements, multiple devices can be combined for use, but the combination must comply with the following regulations: parallel combination, series combination, and the equipment and channel spacing must be the same. Mixed combination: one channel in parallel and one channel in series.
