Purpose:
The HLT series lifting hopper mixer is widely used in industrial production processes for mixing different components of dry powder and powder, as well as dry powder and particles. This machine can be equipped with various specifications of hoppers for mixing operations, suitable for large and medium-sized enterprises. It can mix multiple varieties and batches according to process requirements on a single machine, achieving multi-purpose use.

After each batch is mixed and used, the empty hopper is transported to a dedicated cleaning room for cleaning to maintain a clean environment in the workspace.
Working principle:
Push the mixing hopper into the rotating arm and lock the nut, activate the control system, and lift the hopper to the mixing height. The control system automatically mixes according to the set time, speed, and other data. The mixing operation is completed, the material is placed in a horizontal position, the hopper automatically descends to the ground, the whole machine stops, and the process data is printed. Loosen the locking nut of the rotary arm and push out the hopper to the next process. Due to the symmetrical axis of the hopper forming an angle with the rotation axis of the rotating arm. Different components of materials move in a closed hopper in three-dimensional space, generating strong flipping and high shear, achieving the best mixing effect.
