The maintenance of welding roller frame should pay attention to several points:
1. Check whether the external surrounding environment meets the requirements and is free from debris interference;
2. Power on and operate without any abnormal noise, vibration, or odor;
3. Check if the bolts at each mechanical connection are loose. If they are loose, tighten them before use;
4. Check if there are any debris on the machine guide rail and if the hydraulic system is operating normally;
5. Check if the roller rotates normally;
6. The self-adjusting roller frame should be installed in a sturdy, ventilated, rainproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, and away from places with severe vibrations and bumps. It is strictly prohibited to spray corrosive liquids on the equipment;
7. It is strictly prohibited to spray corrosive liquids on equipment. When installing both the main and driven roller frames simultaneously, it is necessary to ensure that the main and driven frames are level and of equal height, and that the center and center lines are on the same straight line. Adjust by measuring the diagonal of the main and driven frames;
8. Requirements for workpiece placement: The diameter and weight of the workpiece should be strictly in accordance with the design specifications, otherwise safety accidents may occur. The distance between the main and auxiliary wheels should be adjusted appropriately according to the length of the equipment;
9. When in use, the roller should come into contact with the workpiece, and contact with welds or sharp parts is strictly prohibited. At the same time, when lifting workpieces, it is strictly prohibited to hit the rollers to prevent damage to the rollers or other components. In the absence of fixed equipment, strong impact may cause the entire machine to overturn.
