Project Background:
Zhejiang Yilida Fan Co., Ltd. is one of the large-scale manufacturers of air conditioning fans and building ventilation fans (engineering fans) in China. In 2012, Yilida was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code 002686. After its successful listing, Yilida launched a revolutionary new product - "DC brushless motor".
Challenge:
Due to the long-standing mismatch between corporate value and brand value, facing traditional domestic and international competition, the company is facing the gradual loss of existing brands and the inability to promote and sell new products.
