Project Background:

Xikou Republican Style Street is located on the north side of Zhongxing West Road in Xikou Town, with a total land area of 109829 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 158600 square meters.
The project focuses on the theme of "Republic of China style+Jiang culture+Xikou regional culture", creating a composite family entertainment experience new scenic spot covering all age groups. The main theme lines are "Republic of China Port Old Street, Style Central Garden, and Ancient Town Culture Slow Living Lane", constructing a new type of tourism scenic spot that combines tourism, dining, accommodation, shopping, entertainment and leisure vacation, exhibition display, interactive experience, learning and education, and business negotiation.

Solution:

We will interpret the history and culture of the Republic of China through three forms. One is the architectural style, which is reflected in the architectural images of Shanghai, Nanjing, and Xikou during the Republic of China era. The second is to showcase the culture of the Republic of China through performances and other means. The third is to focus on the commercial aspects of the Republic of China, such as homestays, snacks, and light boxes, allowing tourists and consumers to feel as if they have passed through a time tunnel from the moment they step into the Republic of China style street.
