Description:
E6010 is a high cellulose sodium coated downward welding rod. It features strong arc blow, single-sided welding with double-sided formation, minimal slag that is easy to remove, attractive weld bead appearance, rapid welding speed, deposited metal with excellent mechanical properties, and excellent resistance to porosity and cracking. It is designed for full-position downward welding of pipeline field circumferential joints and is used with DC positive polarity.
Application:
For ring seam joints on various carbon steel pipes, also suitable for downward welding on vertical carbon steel structures.
