For many years, worm gear screw jacks have been widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, water conservancy, chemical, culture, and health. The helical bevel gear box features a compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation, flexible operation, high reliability, excellent stability, and long service life. It can be directly driven by an electric motor or other power sources, as well as manually. This series of worm gear screw jacks can be self-locking. They come in different structural types and assembly methods, with lifting heights manufactured according to customer requirements.
Composed of a worm gear reducer and a lifting screw, the reduction component features a worm gear drive, which uses the worm to drive the worm gear for减速. The worm gear center is an internal threaded structure, akin to the nut of the lifting screw, and is compatible with the lifting screw.
The lifting speed of the reducer is equal to the input speed of the worm divided by the reduction ratio of the worm and worm gear, then multiplied by the pitch of the lifting screw. Due to its structural nature, this screw lifting machine typically uses grease lubrication. Some series use oil lubrication, which offers the advantages of longer lifespan and more stable operation compared to the grease-lubricated series.
