The mechanical principle of the breakaway valve: A steel wire rope is set along the crane boom in the direction of vehicle movement, one end attached to the breakaway valve, and the other end fixed to the inner arm of the crane boom column or its surrounding fixed accessories. The maximum extension length of the wire rope must be shorter than the length of the crane boom inner arm to ensure that the wire rope tightens prematurely when moving outside the tank truck. The breakaway valve is triggered before the fluid pipeline is subjected to force, separating into two parts, and the separation image closes instantly to prevent accidents.
