Application
For Siemens two-way and three-way valves in the VVF...、VVG…、VXF… and VXG... series, with a drive stroke of 20 mm, suitable for HVAC systems as control valves or safety shut-off valves.
Engineering Precautions
The electrical connection of the actuator must comply with local electrical installation regulations and internal wiring diagrams. To ensure personal and property safety, it is mandatory to adhere to the respective safety regulations and restrictions! An ASZ6.5 rod heater must be used when the medium temperature is below 0°C to prevent the valve from freezing. For safety reasons, the rod heater is designed for AC 24 V / 30 W.
The actuator bracket and valve stem cannot be isolated to ensure air circulation. Do not touch hot parts without protective measures to avoid burns.
Failure to adhere to the above recommendations may cause accidents or fires.
Recommendation: Strongly recommend isolating the valve when the temperature exceeds 140°C.
