Spring suspension brackets are primarily used for power plant steam-water pipelines or boiler equipment, as well as their devices and installations that generate thermal displacement during operation. Based on the calculation of the spring suspension bracket's working and thermal displacement requirements determined by the pipeline's stress condition, our factory sets the spring suspension brackets according to the design load: that is, the spring is pre-compressed and the spring suspension bracket at the predetermined cold state load position is adjusted before leaving the factory. After installation on the pipeline and equipment, relevant thread adjustments are made, the predetermined pin is disengaged, at this point, the actual load carried by the spring is the cold state load required by the design, and the theoretical working position at the cold state is also marked.
