Hengli Spring Hanger (hereinafter referred to as Hengtiao) is designed based on the principle of moment equilibrium. Under the permissible load displacement, the load moment and spring moment always maintain balance. For pipelines and equipment supported by Hengtiao, a constant supporting force can be provided during displacement, thus not imposing additional stress on the pipeline equipment. Hengtiao is generally used in places where displacement stress needs to be reduced, such as the boiler body of power plants, steam, water, flue, and air ducts in power stations, as well as the suspended parts of burners, and in places in the oil and chemical industries where such support is required. When the thermal displacement of a hanging point within the pipeline system exceeds 12mm, it is advisable to use Hengtiao for support to avoid dangerous bending stress and unfavorable stress transfer in the pipeline system.
