During high-pressure operation, the low-pressure pump returns oil without load automatically through a de-load overflow valve, reducing power consumption.
④ Pressure Holding Function: Under the condition of no leakage in the external oil circuit, the pressure output port is connected to a Φ63X200 oil cylinder. Upon reaching the rated pressure, the pump is stopped and the pressure is held for 3 minutes, with the pressure drop not exceeding 5MPa.
Usage:
① Compatible with hydraulic cylinders or machinery, capable of lifting, bending, straightening, extruding, cutting, riveting, disassembly, and assembly operations.
② Used as a hydraulic power source in certain types of machinery and equipment.
③ As a pressure testing station for various high-pressure hydraulic components, high-pressure vessels, and high-pressure hoses.
