Our manually-operated compact storage cabinets are developed and produced in accordance with the national archives administration's industry standard DA/T7-92 and the national standard GBT13667.3. They feature a small footprint, high space utilization, large storage capacity, and are convenient for centralized management. 【Structural Advantages】

1. The side shelves are typically double-sided movable racks, used for door panels, and can also be single-sided movable racks with side panels attached.

2. The transmission mechanism features precision roller chains and bearings, offering flexible and smooth operation with light effort. The lever can automatically engage and disengage, and the handle is foldable to avoid obstructions. Optional: wheel-type lever handle.

3. The track sets come in two forms: ground-mounted and embedded.

4. The side shelves are equipped with locks for the overall locking of the unit.

【Spraying Process】

Cold rolled steel plate is used for stamping, with a surface treated through ten pre-processes including degreasing, rust removal, and phosphatizing. It is coated with a matte electrostatic powder in international popular colors and formed through high-temperature plasticization, offering excellent rust prevention. The base is fully welded and assembled, the frame is a double-column insertion structure, each level features a solid shelf, separated by hanging plates between sections. The side panels utilize a new concave-convex process, with color options available to the customer.
