User Specifications:

1) Packaging Materials: OPP/CPP, CPP/PE, etc. heat-sealable composite materials; to be used in rolls ≤ 300

Recommend using BOPP heat-seal film; it's affordable and cost-effective.

2) Packaged Products: 3 types of hardware products (as agreed upon in the samples and plans).

3) Packaging Requirements: Aim for universal usability and accuracy.

4) Production Capacity: 15-40 (bags/min)

5) Bagging Size: Length 30-150mm, Width 50-110mm (Size of the bag depends on the actual material design).

Automatically display the number of packages.

Equipment automatically shuts down and alarms in case of failure. (Installation includes indicator lights).

There are a total of 9 vibrators, each can be turned on/off individually and used separately. The amount of material discharge from each vibrator can be adjusted by changing the number of counts (screw adjustment ranges from 1-8 pieces, and it is recommended to manually adjust the quantity for hardware accessories).

7) Specific combinations include: every 4 vibratory feeders grouped together, with any manual feeding positions left at the rear of the main unit (enabling easier inspection of the equipment and monitoring the feeding status of the feeding system).

The automatic counting system utilizes fiber optics or joint-venture pneumatic components.

8) Vibration Plate Placement Bench: Overall Frame: Made of 40*40*20 carbon steel; top surface is coated with 8mm thick steel plate; leg cups are zinc-plated with M16 screws.

9) The whole machine outsourcing uses T=1.0 201 stainless steel material, with the conveyor chain box made of the same grade.

10) The paper supply section features a chrome-plated exterior structure.
