Introduction:
The QD-20YT model is a newly developed, independently owned, and professional vertical stand-up pouch packaging machine for tea and similar tea materials, introduced by our company in 2014.
This machine can automatically complete a series of packaging processes, including material weighing, inner bag making, material filling, inner bag sealing, outer bag making, inserting the inner bag into the outer bag, sealing the outer bag, printing the production date on the outer bag, and outputting the finished product.
Key Features:
1. The inner bag is sealed and cut using ultrasonic welding, compatible with both three-dimensional triangular pouches and four-corner flat pouches.
2. Outer bags are sealed with heat welding, trimmed with a serrated blade, and feature universal three-side and four-side sealing.
3. The切口 is easily tearable.
4. Equipped with four electronic scales for precise weighing; also features cups, funnels, and various other measuring methods for versatility and flexibility.
