Product Introduction
The brush-type self-cleaning filter is equipped with multiple cleaning devices. As water enters through the inlet, it is directed into separate filter sleeves where impurities are trapped on the inner walls. Clean water then exits through the outlet. When impurities accumulate on the inner walls of the filter sleeves, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value, or the cleaning time is reached, or manual start is initiated, the filter begins its self-cleaning process. This process consists of two steps: opening the automatic drain valve located on the self-cleaning filter; and the motor powers the cleaning system within the filter screen, expelling trapped impurities through the drain valve. The system continues to flow during cleaning, and the entire operation of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by a smart control box provided. Control methods include pressure difference, time, manual, and PLC control.
