Chain links are commonly used in various production conveying equipment, such as grain machinery conveying chains, plate conveying chains, wood conveying chains, and more.
Before activating the conveyor chain, first check if the conveyor chain is running normally and if the tension of the saw chain is proper.
Before starting the conveyor chain, remember to close the chain brake to stop the conveyor chain and prevent danger upon startup. However, when operating the conveyor chain, release the chain brake or else it may damage the bearings. Be cautious not to allow the conveyor chain to rub against the ground or other objects while it's turning. Regularly oil and apply rust-proof paint to the conveyor chain, and replace it promptly if rust appears to enhance work efficiency.
