The physical properties of granite materials ensure the overall performance of machine tools.

(1) Rockwell hardness of 108, three times that of cast iron, with wear resistance eight times greater; withstands pressure up to 2290-3750 kg/cm², acid, alkali, and corrosion-resistant; does not deform under heavy pressure.

(2) The linear expansion coefficient is one-third that of cast iron, with 20 times the thermal stability. It experiences minimal deformation when heated, offering excellent stability.

Tests have proven that machines using granite machine bases, gantries, workbenches, etc., can improve the surface machining accuracy of workpieces by approximately 30% and increase tool life by 37%.

(4) Non-metallic granite material, exhibits no plastic deformation and magnetic response; maintains good rigidity and physical property retention.
