Operating Principle
Image Measurement Instruments are based on artificial intelligence technologies such as automatic edge extraction, automatic alignment, automatic focusing, measurement synthesis, and image synthesis via machine vision. They feature automatic measurement to any point, CNC positioning automatic measurement, and automatic learning for batch measurements, as well as image map target guidance and full-field eagle-eye magnification. Additionally, the automatic focusing process under machine vision and micron control meets the need for auxiliary measurement under clear images and can be complemented with a contact probe for coordinate measurement. The superior software performance supports spatial coordinate rotation, allowing for batch measurements and SPC result classification with the workpiece placed arbitrarily or using fixtures.
