Therefore, using the JZ-LM40 water-glycol anti-flame hydraulic fluid on equipment near high temperatures or open flames, or on equipment where high pressure and hydraulic oil spray can cause fires, can completely prevent fire accidents.
2. Excellent cold resistance
JZ-KR40 fire-resistant hydraulic fluid contains a high concentration of ethylene glycol (an excellent depressant), resulting in a low freezing point (-40℃). It can normally start equipment in typical cold conditions (> -20℃) without heating the hydraulic medium. If the temperature is too low and the JZ-KR40 becomes too thick to start the equipment, preheat the JZ-KR40 before operation. Even if it freezes due to low temperatures, the JZ-KR40 hydraulic fluid's performance remains unchanged after heating and melting.
