The DTII type fixed belt conveyor is a general-purpose series, widely used in various industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, power stations, building materials, chemicals, light industry, and oil. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be used for single-machine conveying, or multiple units can be combined to form horizontal or inclined conveying systems. It can transport various bulk materials and packaged goods with a loose density of 0.5-2.5t/m³.
The DT type fixed belt conveyor is generally suitable for operating temperatures of -25 to +40°C. For belt conveyors operating in special environments, if conditions such as heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and explosion-proof are required, additional protective measures can be taken accordingly.
The size of material that the conveyor can transport depends on the belt width, belt speed, trough angle, and inclination angle. When conveying hard rock, the width should generally be limited to 350mm or less when the belt width exceeds 1200mm, and should not increase with the belt width.
