Features of Flexible Doors:
1. Large usage area (800~1500 m²), strong wind resistance (12-level typhoon), excellent thermal insulation, strong sealing, stable and reliable, easy to operate, and easy to maintain
2. The lifting mechanism of the flexible sliding gate is equipped with two hydraulic pushrod brakes and one height limiter, as well as upper and lower limit switches to ensure the safe operation of the flexible gate.
3. The lifting mechanism is driven by an induction-braking AC motor, which passes through a cylindrical gear reducer to power open gears, ultimately moving a parallel shaft drum to retract and extend the lifting steel wire rope.
4. Hydraulic push rod brakes are installed on the shaft joints between the motor and the gear reducer, as well as on the other output shaft of the gear reducer's high-speed shaft. Any of the brakes can be activated to engage the braking function, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the door lifting.
5. Utilize eddy current braking to regulate the speed of the gate's rise and fall. A height limiter is installed on the drum shaft of the wire rope, restricting its upper and lower limit positions. The lifting mechanism is equipped with multiple sets of pulley blocks.
6. The interior and exterior sides of the flexible lift gate are sealed with fabric (waterproof canvas or PVC fabric). The horizontal and bottom frames are constructed with truss structures, made of square steel tubes. Aluminum alloy materials can also be used for assembly.
7. The horizontal and bottom frames of the flexible sliding door are equipped with roller bearings at both ends, utilizing three-sided rolling bearings to facilitate smooth up and down movement within the side tracks of the flexible door. This reduces frictional resistance.
8. The flexible lifting gate is equipped with a safety brake that automatically engages during stopping or in the event of rope breakage, significantly enhancing the safety factor.
The wind resistance of the flexible telescopic door is 50-60 kg/m².
9. Overall dimensions range from 5-40 meters in height and 8-140 meters in width, with a total weight of up to 0.5-20 tons. They are composed of 3-20 sections, each measuring 1-2 meters in height, 5-60 meters in width, and 0.2-1.4 meters in thickness (with 1mm thickness for PVC-coated polyester conveyor belts or glass fiber curtains). Each door is controlled by an electric control system. The opening speed is fast, with each...
Minutes to reach 9-18 meters. Strong wind resistance, capable of withstanding a 12-level typhoon, wind pressure resistance of 500N/㎡. High resistance.
