2. Treatment methods for waste solid salt, waste liquids, and waste gases
Considering the characteristics of waste solid salt, liquid, and gas, our company's developed membrane-type wall waste liquid incineration boiler can carry out high-temperature oxidation of the organic matter in the waste, completely eliminating the presence of organic matter, and can also produce by-products such as steam and reusable inorganic salts (e.g., Na2CO3, Na2SO4, NaCl, Na2S). After incineration, the flue gas is treated for dust removal, denitrification, desulfurization, and de-whitening to meet emission standards.
3. Waste Incineration Boiler System Composition
This process system can completely oxidize organic pollutants in waste to produce: CO2↑, H2O↑, SO2↑, NOX↑ (main components of flue gas), which are then treated and emitted in compliance with standards as flue gas. Simultaneously, it generates energy (saturated and superheated steam) and inorganic salts (Na2CO3, Na2SO4, NaCL, Na2S, sodium pyrosulfate) among others.
