Coated composite pipes, this product is a new type of pipeline material recently developed domestically. It features both inner and outer coated protective layers, with a composite structure of reinforced welded steel pipes or seamless pressure-bearing steel pipes in the middle. It overcomes the defects of steel pipes, such as easy rusting, corrosion, high pollution, and the low strength and ease of deformation of plastic pipes. It integrates the common advantages of both steel and plastic products, and is an environmentally friendly product promoted for use by the state.
Fusion-bonded polyethylene (PE), ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA), epoxy (EP) powder, non-toxic polypropylene (PP), or non-toxic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are applied as an inner layer with a thickness of 0.5-1.0mm to the inner wall of steel pipes to form steel-plastic composite pipes. These pipes not only retain the advantages of steel pipes, such as high strength, easy connection, and resistance to water flow impact, but also overcome the drawbacks of steel pipes, such as easy corrosion, contamination, scaling, and the lower strength and poor fire performance of plastic pipes. Their design lifespan can reach 50 years. The main drawback is that the pipes cannot be bent during installation, and when undergoing thermal processing or electric welding cutting, the cutting surface should be coated with a non-toxic room temperature curing adhesive provided by the manufacturer. The main specifications are Φ15-Φ2000. Fusion-bonded steel-plastic pipe, Fusion-bonded steel-plastic pipe manufacturer, Fusion-bonded steel-plastic pipe price
