The electrical control switch is a fully sealed structure of electromechanical integration, suitable for outdoor use, and utilizes worm gear and worm transmission. It is equipped with a stroke limit and torque protection device. The stroke limit device consists of a set of counting gears and hard contact limit switches. When the gate is fully open or closed, the counting gears drive the stroke limit rod, causing the hard contact limit switches to activate, automatically stopping the opening and closing action of the gate. If the torque protection switch fails to activate due to a malfunction, it triggers to protect the opening and closing mechanism from accidental damage. The electric unit is also designed with a pointer-type opening indicator and a heating resistor. The pointer-type opening indicator is connected to the counting gears, allowing for a direct reflection of the gate's opening position. The heating resistor automatically connects during the operation of the opening and closing mechanism to remove moisture inside the electric unit, ensuring dryness and reliable operation of all electrical components. The gate nut is connected to the output end of the electric unit using a ratchet connector, with the ratchet jaws leaving a gap to create a hammering effect when the gate opens, achieving the purpose of hammering start, and increasing the pre-force during the opening and closing of the gate. The cast iron support is a closed structure designed to bear the weight or counterforce when opening and closing the gate, internally fitted with bearing supports, and has an exquisite appearance. It can be controlled on-site or remotely, with manual and electric automatic switching.
