Copper Plated Ground Rod Product Introduction:
Copper-plated grounding rods are produced using advanced electroplating techniques to evenly coat 99.9% pure electrolytic copper onto a low-carbon steel core. This results in a molecular bond between the copper layer and steel. The low-carbon steel core is processed using large-diameter cold-drawing technology, offering features such as thick copper layer, strong corrosion resistance, good adhesion, non-peeling, capable of rolling threads, consistent low resistance, and excellent plasticity. Standard copper layer thicknesses include 0.25mm, 0.33mm, 0.5mm, and 1.0mm, among others, for customer selection. Alternatively, let us know your specific requirements (rod diameter, length, and copper layer thickness), and provide complete drawings and specifications; we can customize the production.
Main technical parameters of copper-plated grounding rod:
Copper layer average thickness ≥ 0.25mm
2. Tensile strength ≥ 600 N/mm²
3. Flatness error ≤ 1mm/m
