Therefore, good corrosion resistance is crucial for the use of chimneys. Glass fiber reinforced plastic is a high polymer composite material that can withstand most acids, bases, and salts, and can be used for long periods in alternating acidic and alkaline conditions. Additionally, it can endure high temperatures, typically working for extended periods below 120℃ and up to 220℃ under normal circumstances.
