2. Strong structural stability and good technical performance. The tower base is constructed with a standalone reinforced concrete structure, effectively preventing uneven subsidence of the foundation. The feedline fixing bracket is located inside the tower body, protecting the feedline from wind, rain, and sun exposure, thereby addressing the factors that can damage the feedline and extending its service life. Each section of the tower is connected with precision-machined internal flanges, ensuring concentricity and verticality, and avoiding safety risks associated with other connection methods.
3. Compact land use with significant economic benefits. The tower adopts a conical single-tube structure, occupying only 1-2 square meters of land, with the foundation at 4-6 square meters. Additionally, no base station fence is required, thereby reducing the land acquisition area for users and saving costs, especially in urban and suburban areas.
4. Long service life and durable appearance due to the relatively small external force on the tower and its reasonable structure and high-quality materials, the iron tower has a longer lifespan. The surface is coated with hot-dipped galvanized for excellent corrosion resistance. Antenna mechanical down tilt adjustment range: 0° to 15°, horizontal azimuth can be adjusted freely.
2. The rod body is hot-dipped galvanized and then coated with simulated bark, which effectively enhances both aesthetics and anti-corrosion properties.
3. The overall wind resistance of the rod body is designed for 12-level gales.
4. Branches are made of flame-retardant insulating materials, with not less than 13 layers, each layer containing at least 4 branches. The lower branches of the 15m beautification tree are 5.3m from the ground, with a layer spacing of 1.2m; the lower branches of the 20m beautification tree are 6.9m from the ground, with a layer spacing of 1.2m; the lower branches of the 25m beautification tree are 10.4m from the ground, with a layer spacing of 1.2m. Implementation will be based on actual site conditions and the requirements of the construction party.
5. The bark is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic or silicone rubber (the manufacturer must respond to the specific material used), with a realistic surface texture. It is coated with hot-dipped galvanized steel, FRP, and environmentally friendly仿生漆. The color is camouflage brown/dark brown, and can be customized according to customer requirements; the leaf shapes can be coniferous or broad-leaved, implemented as per the actual situation and requirements of the construction party.
6. The bark must fully encase the inner steel pipe, ensuring strong adhesion to the pipe and preventing leakage from rainwater.
7. Genuine leaves must be made of PVC or PE material, with colors and shapes similar to surrounding trees. The leaf layer of 15 meters should not be less than 11 layers, 20 meters should not be less than 16 layers, and 25 meters should not be less than 21 layers, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
