The DR-123A smoke quality control system can remotely command the Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS) to supply standard gas of known concentration. By analyzing the differences between the test feedback from the monitor and the standard gas values, it can verify the operational status and reliability of the online monitoring equipment. It is an effective tool for environmental regulatory authorities to exercise their regulatory functions.
The quality control system is equipped with a standard gas sampling head for real-time quality control, effectively detecting dilution and adsorption issues caused by the sampling pipeline; sensors are installed at all critical points of the system, allowing remote monitoring of standard gas quantity, pressure, and flow rate, effectively detecting any leaks in the standard gas and the effectiveness of the quality control.
Product Features
Remote Control Function: The equipment features both manual and automatic operation modes; all functions can be remotely set, and operations such as equipment start/stop, random check control, parameter settings, and receiving random check results are achieved through the quality control system software.
Full-process Quality Control: Standard gas is sampled via the sampling head and enters the monitor through the sampling line for full-process quality control; (distinguishing from instrument quality control where standard gas enters the monitor directly)
Scheduled Inspection Function: Allows for flexible scheduling, where a certain volume of standard gas is introduced into the CEMS online monitoring instrument room at predetermined times. The CEMS analysis data is then received, compared with the standard gas concentration, and uploaded. Data can be saved for up to one year.
Real-time Random Inspection Function: Can receive remote instructions at any time to initiate random inspections; automatically verifies inspection results, saves records automatically, and uploads them simultaneously; records can be retained for 1 year.
The equipment can monitor the smoke analyzer's results in real-time, upload exceedance data to the quality control system and automatically save it. It can automatically filter out anomalies, data distortions, and provide corresponding suggestions.
The equipment can statistically process data (including random check records, fault information, etc.), wirelessly transmit it to the quality control system, and retain the data for one year.
Full-enclosed access control structure, password authorization protection, capable of storing 100 door opening/closing records.
Intelligent Diagnostics: Allows for remote access to standard gas quantity, pressure, quality control flow, and more. Automatically alerts in case of malfunctions.
Power Failure Alarm Protection: The equipment is equipped with an internal power supply, which automatically switches to the internal power source in the event of a sudden power outage. The device returns to standby mode, ensuring that data is not lost during power failure. Additionally, an alarm is sent to the back-end platform, and a power failure record is saved.
