Quality requirements for permeable bricks during construction
Porous bricks offer excellent water permeability, making them particularly suitable for areas with abundant rainfall, as well as places prone to waterlogging. During construction, to ensure long-term effectiveness, the quality of the product must meet the following requirements.
1. The quality of the permeable bricks must comply with relevant regulations, and the size deviation of each batch should not exceed 2mm.
2. The top surface should have 5×45° chamfers around the edges.
3. The surface of the permeable brick should have a certain roughness.
4. The color layer should not be less than 8mm thick and should use pigments with good weather resistance and minimal color fading.
The key to good performance is ensuring that the permeable bricks meet the necessary quality standards, coupled with proper construction techniques, which significantly enhance the construction quality and ensure the bricks' performance is optimally utilized.
