Quality requirements for permeable bricks during construction
Porous bricks offer excellent water permeability, making them particularly suitable for areas with abundant rainfall, as well as for places prone to waterlogging. During construction, to ensure long-term effectiveness, the quality of the product must meet the following requirements:
1. The quality of permeable bricks must comply with relevant regulations, and the size deviation of each batch should not exceed 2mm.
2. The top surface should have a 5×45° chamfer around the edges.
3. The surface of the permeable bricks should have a certain roughness.
4. The thickness of the colored surface should not be less than 8mm, and it is advisable to use pigments with good weather resistance and colorfastness.
The premise for good performance is that the quality of the permeable bricks must meet the required standards, along with the correct construction methods, which can significantly enhance construction quality and ensure that the bricks' performance is optimally utilized.
