Warning Post

Warning posts, also known as identification posts or marker posts, are commonly used for indicating the paths of buried pipelines for power, communication, gas, water supply, and railway lines. They are suitable for outdoor use, green belts, shrubbery areas, and on both sides of manholes to indicate pipeline paths.

Composite material marker piles are further divided into: fiberglass marker piles, resin-sand marker piles, and resin marker piles.

Concrete marker piles: Low cost, durable. Made of concrete with some internal steel reinforcement. Traditional material with easily faded inscriptions, requiring regular maintenance. Resistant to acid, heavy material, not easy for transportation and installation. No recyclable value, naturally anti-theft.

Plastic Steel Marking Piles: Easily damaged, made of plastic steel (PVC, polyvinyl chloride). Lightweight, high elasticity, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent aging resistance. Easy to install and transport. No recyclable value, naturally anti-theft.

Fiberglass Sign Posts: Slightly higher cost, made through high-temperature pressing. Resistant to impact, wear, high temperatures, and corrosion. Can withstand water, gasoline, alcohol, electrolytic salts, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium-potassium compounds, urine, asphalt, suitable for various acidic and alkaline soils. Long service life of up to 30 years. Content is printed using screen printing technology, providing effective warning, and requires no maintenance. Lightweight for easy transportation and installation. No recyclable value, naturally anti-theft.
