Warning Post Construction Plan
Warning Pole Construction Plan 1. Molding: The warning pole mold is made of round steel, divided into two halves, with bolts welded on top to prevent it from vibrating apart and affecting its dimensions. 2. Pre-fabrication: Pre-fabrication is centralized, following design requirements, first pour the protective layer, then place the pre-fabricated reinforced components, and then pour in layers using a vibrator for compaction. After curing to the required strength, remove the mold and wrap the surface with a protective film. 3. Foundation Excavation: Due to the mobile and fragmented nature of the warning pole construction tools, the foundation is manually excavated and compacted at the bottom. 4. Spray Fluorescent Paint: Apply the fluorescent paint strictly according to the color and spacing specified in the drawings. 5. Installation: Given the characteristics of the warning pole construction, such as mobility, fragmentation, and minimal concrete usage for the foundation, the concrete is mixed into dry mix at the site with water added for mixing. This avoids segregation issues during transportation and saves resources, preventing unnecessary waste. Install the warning poles strictly according to the design depth and specifications in the drawings, using a level to control the verticality and ensuring the concrete is fully compacted. 6. Quality Requirements: 1. Quality requirements are in accordance with the design drawings, construction technical specifications, and the requirements of the client. 2. The warning poles should be vertically aligned without tilt, positioned correctly, and have bright, noticeable colors. 3. The burial depth, spacing, and height above ground should be strictly constructed according to the design drawings.
