Draught smoke and fire damper is a fire protection component commonly installed on the ductwork of mechanical smoke exhaust systems, usually in an open state, and opens to exhaust smoke in the event of a fire.
Tobacco; Closes when the flue gas temperature in the exhaust pipe reaches 280 degrees, and meets the requirements for smoke leakage and fire resistance integrity within a certain time, acting as a smoke barrier.
Fire-retardant function. Main materials: carbon steel, galvanized plate, stainless steel. Reliability in closing during a fire, utilizing an alcohol lamp or other fire source to prevent
Fire valve temperature sensor fuse; after the temperature sensor operates, the fire damper should automatically close reliably, including the automatic closure of the smoke exhaust fire damper.
Shut off; the gap between the blades or between the blades and baffles should not exceed 2mm. Measure the gap between the blades or between the blades and baffles using a feeler gauge.
After 10 opening tests for reliability, both electric and manual operation smoke exhaust valves open immediately.
