The ultra-low nitrogen burner, also known as the DOWSON ultra-low nitrogen integrated burner, is an electronic proportional control burner. Through a PID regulator, it can operate proportionally, controlling ten combustion points to manage gas flow, fresh air flow, and flue gas flow. It has had significant cooperation with low nitrogen boiler retrofitting projects in Zhejiang Province in 2020 and with boiler brands nationwide (including TeFu Boiler), achieving impressive results.
Ultra-low NOx burners cover a range of 150KW-10,000KW. In recent years, due to the significant increase in pollution, there has been a growing global focus, particularly in highly industrialized nations, on performance, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction. To meet the increasingly stringent NOx emissions requirements, DOWSON has developed a new generation of integrated burners based on the low-emission technology of Flue Gas Recirculation (FGR), capable of achieving strict limits.
