The burner, also known as the DOWSON Ultra-Low Nitrogen Integrated Burner, is an electronic proportional control burner. Equipped with a PID regulator, it can operate proportionally, controlling ten combustion points to regulate gas, fresh air, and flue gas flow. In 2020, it was extensively used in Zhejiang Province's low-nitrogen retrofitting of boilers and with the boiler brands (Tefu Boiler) across the nation, achieving impressive results.
Ultra-low NOx burner combustion range: 150KW-10,000KW. In recent years, with the significant increase in pollution, there has been an increasing focus on performance, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction globally, particularly in all highly industrialized countries. To meet the growing requirements for NOx emissions, DOWSON has developed a new generation of integrated burners based on FGR (flue gas recirculation) low-emission technology, capable of reaching stringent limits.
