The ultra-low nitrogen burner, also known as the DOWSON ultra-low nitrogen integrated burner, is an electronic proportional control burner. With a PID regulator, it can operate proportionally, controlling ten combustion points to regulate gas, fresh air, and flue gas volumes. In 2020, it was extensively配合 with Zhejiang Province's low nitrogen boiler retrofitting projects and the country's boiler brands (including Te Fu Boiler), achieving impressive performance.
Ultra-low NOx burner combustion range: 150KW-10,000KW. In recent years, due to a significant increase in pollution, there has been a growing global focus, especially in all highly industrialized countries, on performance, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction. To meet the increasing NOx emission requirements, DOWSON has developed a new generation of integrated burners based on FGR (flue gas recirculation) low-emission technology, capable of achieving strict limits.
