The ultra-low nitrogen burner, also known as the DOWSON ultra-low nitrogen integrated burner, is an electronic proportional control burner that operates proportionally via a PID controller. It can control the gas, fresh air, and flue gas volumes across ten combustion points. In 2020, it was extensively配合 with boiler low nitrogen retrofit projects in Zhejiang Province and with boiler brands across the nation (such as Te Fu Boiler), yielding impressive results.
Ultra-low NOx burner combustion range: 150KW-10,000KW. In recent years, due to the significant increase in pollution, there has been a growing global focus, especially in all highly industrialized countries, on performance, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction. To meet the increasing NOx emission requirements, DOWSON has developed a new generation of integrated burners based on the low-emission technology of FGR (flue gas recirculation), capable of achieving strict limits.
