Product Introduction

The PPR straight pipe online baking and packaging line is an automatic packaging production line that performs material inspection, capping, baking, inserting small bags (PE bags), large bags (woven bags), and stacking of PPR pipes after extrusion from the extruder. The large bags include the automatic insertion of instruction manuals, quality certificates, and the automatic printing and sewing of large bag labels.

This production line is connected to 4 PPR extrusion lines. The entire line includes a cap and seal detection unit (4 sets), online ovens (4 sets), small package (PE heat-sealed) bagging machines (4 sets), small package storage and discharge units (4 sets), large package trolleys (1 set), large package (woven bag sewing) bagging machines (2 sets), and robotic palletizing (1 set).

Process Flow

Cap Sealing Inspection Integrated Machine

Inspection: After extrusion, the arrangement of the tubing is checked, followed by manual inspection for diameter, inner wall impurities, and defects. Non-compliant products are manually removed, and compliant products proceed to the cap placement station for capping.

Cap: Seals the end of the pipe to prevent damage or impurities from entering the inner wall.

Online baking: After the pipe sections are capped and sealed, they are baked in the oven through the lifting device (while being conveyed and heated), and then discharged from the outlet upon completion of the baking process.

Mini-bagging (PE heat-seal) machine: Counts, sorts, and bags finished tube materials. After packaging, the products are discharged for the next work station. Bags are made of PE material, and the PE bag ends are sealed with heat melting.

Mini-bag stockpiling and insertion: Counting, sorting, and inserting mini-bag packaging tubes into bulk packaging bags.

Bulk packaging shuttle vehicle: Used for transferring small package packaging pipes required for bulk packages. Connects to 4 small package buffers and ejection systems, as well as 2 bulk packaging machines.

Large Bag (Woven Sack Sewing) Set Bag Machine: Packages small bundled pipes. Includes printing and applying labels, inserting instruction manuals and certificates of compliance, and sewing labels and bag openings. The printed labels are associated with each pipe's information.

Robot Palletizing: Stacking packaged large bags.
