Bridge Ballast Seat Mortar - M50 Seat Grouting Material
Early Strength Non-Shrink Grout Basic Description-
Early-strength support seat grouting materialDry mix produced by blending aggregates of reasonable gradation, cement as the binder, high molecular polymer as the toughening agent, supplemented with additives such as high flowability, slight expansion, anti-segregation, and crack resistance, etc.Supporting mortarHigh-quality cement-based composite material for highway and bridge abutment installation. Thanks to the use of various high-performance additives, the finished surface is particularly smooth and flat. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional mortar, such as unevenness, cracking, and peeling, and features self-leveling, high early strength, no shrinkage, high wear resistance, and ease of construction. Its performance criteria meet the technical requirements of national and industry standards, such as the "Implementation Measures for High-performance Concrete Construction of Jinghu Expressway" and the "Provisional Technical Conditions for Bridge Pot-Type Rubber Supports of Passenger Dedicated Lines." Currently, it has formed various types of products including precast beams, cast-in-place beams, and extra-large bridges (models), and has also developed winter-10℃~-20Construction techniques and auxiliary equipment under ℃ conditions. Suitable for construction under all-weather conditions.
Flowable, self-leveling, no need for vibration or tamping, fast and convenient construction.
High hourly strength, high late strength, and non-shrinkage. Strength varies according to different construction temperatures.2In an hour20-40MpaHigh compressive and bending strength. Micro-expansion properties and excellent crack resistance. Wide temperature range adaptability.-5℃~-35℃Under the given conditions, construction can be carried out without any additional insulation or cooling measures. It can simultaneously ensure the need for strength development and construction fluidity in both high and low-temperature conditions. Suitable for emergency repairs, track filling, and bearing grouting, especially for high-speed bridge bearings or track filling. It can also be used for local leveling of concrete beams or repairs to concrete pier columns. Compliant with the "Temporary Technical Conditions for Concrete Precast Beams of Passenger Dedicated Lines" and the "Temporary Technical Conditions for Pot-Type Rubber Bearings of Passenger Dedicated Line Bridges."
Early-strength, non-shrinkage support mortar - Application Method
Supporting mortar---The construction method for the bearing mortar. The bearing mortar has good fluidity, self-leveling, no need for vibration, tamping, and a fast, convenient construction process. Suitable for emergency repairs, track filling, bearing grouting, especially for high-speed bridge bearings or track filling. It can also be used for local leveling of concrete beams or for repairing concrete piers.
1The surface of the bearing stone at the support installation location should be roughened, any debris left in the foot bolt holes removed, and then the bearing stone surface soaked and saturated with water. However, no running water is allowed during construction.
2Position the support bracket, insert small steel wedges around the bracket, adjust the bracket to the design elevation, and leave a space between the bottom surface of the bracket and the supporting stone pad.20-30mmGaps.
3After carefully checking the support position and elevation, install the grouting template for the support. Take reliable measures to prevent leakage during gravity grouting. Pour the grouting material for the support using the gravity grouting method. Before grouting, pre-measure the required volume of grout; the actual amount of grout poured should not deviate significantly from the calculated value to prevent intermediate shortages.
4Water content ratio=0.135-0.15(Weight Ratio)Mixing. First, add water to the mixing drum, then gradually add the weighed grout material. While adding the material, mix continuously with an electric mixer until all the powder is added, and then continue mixing.2-3Minutes, ensuring the slurry is uniform. The well-mixed slurry should be10Finished infusion within minutes.
5After the grouting material reaches the specified strength, remove the formwork and steel wedges, check for leakage, and then grout the leakage area and the gap left after the steel wedges are removed. Tighten the anchor bolts, and then install the beam support base plate and the support seal panel.
