 Preparation before construction

○ Prepare construction tools, confirm the construction crew, determine the construction area and size based on specific circumstances, communicate thoroughly with personnel involved in the concrete pouring process, and strictly prohibit exceeding the construction area of the regular work volume.

⊙Inspect the construction site environment and, based on the specific concrete pouring conditions, analyze and determine the detailed construction process for the wear-resistant flooring.

2. Abrasion-Resistant Floor Installation

⊙ Construction of wear-resistant flooring on already cast concrete, requiring the concrete to be level with a tolerance of ±3mm, free of stones, and without visible water on the surface, with ample paste.

⊙ OnceWear-resistant Material Application: The timing of application varies with climate, temperature, and concrete mix ratios. Applying too early may cause the wear-resistant material to sink into the concrete, rendering it ineffective; applying too late, when the concrete has set, will lose its adhesion, preventing the wear-resistant material from bonding and causing delamination. To determine the optimal application time, simply step on the material; it should sink approximatelyWhen the thickness reaches 5mm, you can start the spreading process. Water disappears quickly at the edges of walls, columns, doors, and formwork, so it's advisable to prioritize spreading in these areas to prevent reduced effectiveness due to water loss. The amount to spread in one go is 2/3 of the total, and the mixture should fall evenly; do not throw it forcefully to avoid separation. After spreading, smooth it out immediately with a wood trowel.

⊙After the abrasion-resistant material absorbs a certain amount of moisture, it is ground and dispersed with a trowel machine, combined with the base concrete slurry, and the slurry is elevated; during the dispersion process, uniformity should be ensured.

⊙After a single spreading and even distribution of the pulp,Use a level ruler or a straight edge to measure the level and adjust the uneven spreading once. Perform a second spreading with an amount equal to the total quantity.1/3, the spreading direction should be perpendicular to the first time.

⊙After the second application, immediately level and smooth the material, repeating the smoothing operation of the trowel at least twice. During the smoothing operation, crosswise horizontal and vertical strokes should be used evenly and in an orderly manner, and a wooden trowel should be used to handle the edges and corners.

⊙The surface material should be hardened until there is a slight indentation under finger pressure. The speed and angle of the smoothing machine should be adjusted according to the hardening condition. When the smoothing machine is in operation, it should run both horizontally and vertically.3 or more times

⊙If the top layer still has uneven smears after the lamination machine operation, use a thin steel trowel to apply an orderly, same-direction manual smoothing to the top layer after the smears, completing the finishing process.

⊙Edges and corners that the trowel cannot reach require manual smoothing with a spatula.

3. Abrasion-Resistant Floor Maintenance

⊙ Abrasion-resistant flooring available with two maintenance options: sprayable maintenance agent and breathable film maintenance. If using the maintenance agent, it should be applied after the installation of the abrasion-resistant flooring, within 6...—Apply the 12-hour maintenance spray, and if using film for protection, immediately cover the area with the film after the work is completed.

4. Cutting Seams, Demolding

⊙Wear-resistant flooring surface installation completedDemold within 24 hours, but be cautious not to damage the floor edges.

⊙After completion, saw cutting should be performed based on the concrete condition to prevent irregular cracking, with the spacing between cuts ideally beingApproximately 6m (usually determined by the distance between the workshop columns). The cutting should be marked uniformly to ensure the cut lines are neat and straight, and the cut should be at least 1/5 the thickness of the floor.
