Main Structure and Working Principle
1. This machine is composed of components such as the frame, reduction and speed regulation transmission mechanism, dual heating systems, sealing and printing mechanism, conveying device, and electrical and electronic control system.
2. Power on, all units begin operation. Once the electrical heating elements are powered, they heat up rapidly, raising the temperature of the upper and lower heating blocks and adjusting the control system to the desired temperature; the embossing roller rotates; the cooling system is activated as needed; the conveyor belt rotates and is adjusted to the required speed by the speed control device.
3. When the packaged goods are placed on the conveyor belt, the sealing part of the bag is automatically fed into the operating two sealing belts and brought into the heating zone. The heat from the heating block is transferred to the sealing part of the bag through the sealing belts, softening the film. It is then rolled and pressed by the embossing roller (or printing roller), which fuses and presses the upper and lower plastic films of the sealing part together, creating a mesh pattern (or printed logo). Finally, the sealed bag is sent out of the machine using a guiding rubber belt and the conveyor belt, completing the sealing operation.
