Vinyl ester resins are a type of modified epoxy resins obtained by reacting bisphenol or phenolic epoxy resins with methyl methacrylate. They are commonly known as vinyl ester resins, also known as epoxy acrylate resins, and are thermosetting resins. These resins inherit the excellent properties of epoxy resins, with superior curing and molding capabilities, and are soluble in styrene and acrylic monomers.
1. Product Usage
Vinyl ester resin applications
1. Manufacture corrosion-resistant FRP products, such as glass steel tanks, pipes, towers, and corrosion-resistant gratings.
2. Corrosion-resistant engineering, including cementitious or iron-based glass fiber reinforced plastic linings, high-corrosion-resistant flooring, high-strength FRP products such as glass fiber profiles, sports equipment, and FRP boats.
3. Heavy-duty anti-corrosion glass flake coatings, flake mortars.
4. Other items include UV inks, heavy-duty industrial floor coatings, etc.
5. Power plant desulfurization and anti-corrosion, with high-temperature and strong acid-base resistance.
6. Chemical workshop workbench with acid and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion prevention
