The mechanical格栅cleaning machine consists of an operating system including a control mechanism, frame, transmission mechanism, rake chain traction rope mechanism, skimming mechanism, and electrical control system; the motor, reducer, and control mechanism are installed above the frame. The chain wheel and chain on the output shaft of the reducer drive the active chain wheel and chain of the rake chain traction rope mechanism. The function of the driven chain wheel and chain is to tension the rake chain at the rear of the frame, which is pulled by the chain rope with installed rake teeth, thereby causing the rake teeth in the middle of the two traction rope chains to rotate together. When the rake teeth push the blocked waste material to the upper limit position of the frame, the rake teeth rotate with the change in the chain direction, and the waste material on the rake teeth falls automatically into a waste carrier or other conveying equipment.
