The dehydrating screen utilizes dual-electrode self-synchronization technology, a general-purpose eccentric block, and an adjustable amplitude vibrator. It is mainly composed of the screen box, exciter, support system, and motor. The two vibrationers, which are not connected, are driven synchronously in opposite directions by a belt coupling. The component forces of the two sets of eccentric masses along the vibration direction are superimposed, with the opposing centrifugal forces canceling each other out, thus forming a single excitation force along the vibration direction. This causes the screen box to perform reciprocating linear motion.
