The dehydration sieve employs dual electrode self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric blocks, and adjustable amplitude vibrators. It is mainly composed of the sieve box, exciter, support system, and motor. The two independently connected vibrators are driven in synchronous reverse operation through a belt coupling. The component forces of the centrifugal forces generated by the two groups of eccentric masses along the vibration direction are superimposed, with the opposing centrifugal forces canceling each other out, thus forming a single excitation force along the vibration direction, causing the sieve box to perform reciprocating linear motion.
