Fiberglass desulfurization towers are made with materials that are corrosion and wear-resistant, as well as heat-resistant, representing a mature and reliable environmental protection product. These towers and desulfurization dust removal systems are extensively used in urban and rural coal-fired boilers for dust and desulfurization, boasting high efficiency in dust and desulfurization, small land occupation, low operation costs, easy operation and maintenance, and low water consumption. Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic Desulfurization Tower Performance Principle:
1. The fiberglass desulfurization tower dust collector is suitable for smoke and dust removal, as well as desulfurization, in coal, gas, steam, or hot water boilers. It meets emission standards with its tight structure, excellent sealing performance, and resistance to corrosion. Additionally, it is cost-effective with a long service life.
2. Compact in size and light in weight, the equipment is easy to install and relocate, facilitating multi-stage dust removal.
3. Strong adaptability to total smoke volume and SO2 concentration in smoke, suitable for coal with sulfur content ranging from 0.9% to 8%.
4. This product is wet-type, allowing the neutralizing liquid to fully interact with the smoke. Fine dust particles are adsorbed by the water mist and then discharged. The water, after sedimentation, is recycled, thereby conserving water resources and preventing it from flowing into the underground drainage system, which could lead to secondary pollution.
5. High Temperature Resistance: Our fiberglass flue gas purifier (fibernium desulfurization and dust removal unit) is made with modified high-temperature-resistant fiberglass material. Ordinary fiberglass products are not heat-resistant; they soften at 80℃ and volatilize at 120℃, making them unsuitable for boiler-matching desulfurization and dust removal units. Our fiberglass desulfurization tower can withstand an instantaneous temperature of up to 230℃, and can operate normally all year round at 160℃.
